Additional Information: This 58 year old woman was experiencing issues with her implants and her breasts were beginning to sag so she sought out for a breast revision. It was determined she had a silicone rupture on one side. During surgery, removed her existing implants followed by performing a vertical breast lift with an implant exchange using 450 cc Mentor silicone breast implants. After photos were taken just 1 month post-op. Incisions will continue to fade in the coming months.
