Additional Information: Patient was a 32B prior to surgery with the goal of being a D cup. Performed breast augmentation using a TUBA (transumbilical) incision to place Mentor smooth round saline implants 420 cc's under the muscle. After photos are 9 years post-op after having 2 children. She is now considering a breast revision with larger implants.
