The Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery was founded by two of Newport Beach’s top world-class plastic surgeons, Dr. Larry Nichter and Dr. Jed Horowitz. Now joined by Dr. Khang Nguyen and Dr. Justin West, our board-certified team offers advanced techniques for cosmetic surgical and non-surgical procedures that deliver stellar results. Our surgeons are notably recognized for their exclusive LiteLift® facelift procedure that Dr. Horowitz and Dr. Nichter developed to meet the growing demand of men and women seeking a more natural, less invasive option to the traditional facelift. We have a dedicated in-office procedure room where our board-certified surgeons perform surgical cases under local anesthesia. General or twilight anesthesia cases are performed at an accredited outpatient surgical facility in Newport Beach, CA.
